1. Who we are

This website is run by the “LUCINDA” store, which handles the data of your orders. The Lucy Store platform acts as a processor for us: it hosts and runs the store on our instructions.

2. What we collect

When you place an order we collect:

• Your name, contact details, address and country.
• Your email address, if you enter one.
• Order details: products, sizes, colours, the amount and the payment method.

3. Why we use it

We use your data to prepare and deliver your order, to contact you about it, for a WhatsApp chat that you start from the store, and to meet legal and accounting duties.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with the carrier that delivers your order, with the payment provider if you choose to pay online, and with the hosting and email providers that run the store.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for the store to work: language, currency, Arabic display style, shopping bag and session.

We use no advertising cookies or marketing trackers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order data for as long as needed to serve you and as accounting and tax law requires, then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Under Turkey’s KVKK (Law No. 6698) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can:

• Access your data and learn how it is used.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Ask for deletion or restriction of processing, or object to it.
• Withdraw your consent at any time and complain to the competent authority.

The store is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect children’s data.
