Is ordering on the site safe?
Yes. You pay nothing until the piece reaches your door and you see it yourself (cash on delivery). We never ask for a card or a password.
Do I need an account or an email?
No. Just your name, phone number and address. No sign-up, no password.
How do I know where my order is?
After ordering you get an order number. We message you on WhatsApp to confirm and when it ships, and you can ask us any time with that number.
How do I change the language or currency?
Language from the letters at the top (ع · TR · EN). Currency (dollar, Turkish lira, Syrian pound) from the small buttons next to the price, or the ☰ menu.
Who is Lucy?
Lucy is our AI assistant on the site; it answers any time about products, colours, sizes and delivery. To talk to our team, tap the green WhatsApp button.
Is the colour in the photo the real one?
The photos are of the piece itself. Screens show colour slightly differently; if you want to be sure, ask us on WhatsApp.
How do I order?
Choose the piece, colour and size, add it to your bag, then enter your address. You will get an order number and a link to send it on WhatsApp, and we will contact you to confirm delivery.
Delivery
Within Syria via Al-Haram / Masarat, free to every governorate; within Turkey via Yurtiçi Kargo, with the fee confirmed before we prepare your order; to the Gulf, Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon via Aramex, with the fee confirmed before we prepare your order. We confirm timing when we confirm your order.
Do you have a shop?
We are the maker, with workshops in Istanbul and in Syria, so we are close to you. We have no shops. We sell only on this website, Instagram, WhatsApp and TikTok, so the piece comes straight from the atelier at maker’s price.
Payment
Cash on delivery, or a Sham Cash transfer after your order is confirmed.
72-hour returns
If the piece is not what you imagined, return it within 72 hours of delivery in its original condition. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it.
Sizing
Most of our models are one size that fits S to XL; some come in S to 2XL. If unsure, send us your height and weight on WhatsApp and we will suggest the right fit.
Care
Hand wash cold or dry clean beaded pieces; iron inside out on low heat.
